For Ontario municipal staff
Know what changed before council asks.
ROMULUS Municipal watches your council record, Queen's Park, AMO and FCM, peer municipalities, the media and public community spaces, then turns it into sourced, reviewable items and a 7 am brief for senior staff.
Built for the people who brief council
CAO's office
The morning brief, what's changing at Queen's Park, risks building up, and how council direction is tracking.
Communications
What media and residents are saying by topic, misinformation to correct, and how your messages are landing.
Clerk's office
The council record, motions and deadlines, legislative changes to procedure, and a neutral elections history.
Planning and strategy
Planning Act and Provincial Planning Statement changes, tribunal decisions, peer approaches and strategic-plan progress.
Three promises
Every item has a source
Each card links to the primary record it came from. If something isn't in the record, ROMULUS says so rather than guessing.
People approve, not machines
AI drafts summaries and cards; your staff approve, assign or archive them before they reach anyone else.
Topics, not people
Public sources only. Residents' names are hidden by default, and councillors are never scored or ranked. How we protect privacy.
What it covers
Each module is marked with its status today, so you know exactly what is running and what is being built.

Your configuration, your watch list
Every municipality is different. You start from an Ontario template and your staff adjust it in Settings: the keywords and topics you follow, the sources and public community groups to watch, your peer municipalities, the sector feeds to switch on, and the layers on your ward map. Changes take effect without waiting for us, and every change is logged.
